“ I pulled into the Service garage and I was immediately greeted by David. He went over why I was there. He escorted me to the waiting area and explain to me what was going to be done. I signed the release for service. After waiting a while he came in to update me. David told me where I was in the process. After a little while again, he came and got me from the waiting room. The car was finished with Service. The car was washed. The mechanic Tristan caught a wheel alignment issue causing uneven tire wear. Thank you Tristan. Very nice waiting area with good coffee and snacks. Great service from a great service crew. Thank you. ”
